Best Spanish Rice

I really like this recipe. I made it for the second time tonight. The first time I made it with picante sauce. Tonight I made it with green salsa for something different and loved it too! It's a great go to recipe because I always have these ingredients on hand.

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

This recipe was fabulous!!!! I followed all the directions except I used frozen mango like someone else suggested. It was soooo good! This will absolutely be a keeper recipe!
