Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was really good and my family loved it. The only thing I changed was that I used chicken broth instead of water, I added potatoes, carrots, and celery, and I only used one can of biscuits. I also added the biscuits in 2 hours before serving just to make sure they were done. Loved it.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This bread was really good. My kids loved it. I used fresh pumpkin puree and my husband said it taste too much like pumpkin. I will try again with canned pumpkin to see if it makes a difference.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This recipe is so good. I made pumpkin shaped cookies for my daughter's Halloween party. I let my dough chill overnight and it was perfect to roll out the next day, not sticky at all. The only issue I had was that this did not make 60 cookies. It made about 40 for me.

Sugar Cookie Icing

This icing made my cookies look pretty, but the icing tasted horrible. 2 tsp of milk is not enough to make the sugar "smooth" so I had to add more corn syrup. The icing ended up tasting like straight corn syrup. It kinda tasted like paste. I ended up going back to my old powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla recipe.

Smooth Sweet Tea

This is a really good sweet tea, almost as good as McDonald's. I left the tea bags in longer than 15 mins, but by mistake. Next time I will leave the bags in for 10-15 mins and I think that will make it even better.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

This was really good and everyone loved it. Next time I am going to leave out the mushrooms (because I don't care for them) and add something else. Even my kids liked this.
