I rated this recipe 4 stars, but will preface by saying that I made a lot of revisions. I thought it was a great base recipe, but wanted to add some additional flavour. I wanted to share the modifications and therefore had to rate the recipe. Modifications: I added basil, oregano, parsley, salt and garlic pepper to the parmesan/bread crumb mixture. I also put chopped garlic in the beaten eggs. I didn't fry the chicken. Instead I put the chicken in the oven without cheese topping and pasta sauce for 14 minutes to make the breading crispy. I then created my own pasta sauce, put it in a glass baking dish, placed the breaded chicken on top, topped the chicken with cheese and baked an additional 10 minutes. It turned out great and my husband loved it :)
