I had to rate this one, to try to make up for the 2 poor reviews. I always read the reviews of other cooks before deciding on trying a recipe. I browned the meat first like one review said. This takes care of the raw looking skin complaint. Using your imagination when reading the ingredient list will help you figure out what it might taste like and then you can add a few more spices (or a poultry rub like I did) which addresses the flavor complaint. Remember, if you don't like the ingredients, you probably shouldn't make the recipe...and you should definitely not bother writing a review for it.
