Blueberry Smoothie
This was an excellent smoothie. I substituted vanilla yogurt so I eliminated the vanilla extract and also left out the nutmeg. I will definitely make this again.

Double Chocolate Cherry Muffins
I am not a huge muffin fan but this recipe sounded really good so I gave it a try. They were excellent, very moist and had great flavor. I did use vanilla extract as I was out of the almond and I also had no mini chocolate chips so I used regular chocolate chips. Next time I will definitely use the mini as the distribution in the batter would be more even. I did mix the dry ingredients separately and the wet separately along w/cherries and then combined them and mixed just till blended. I used regular size and mini muffin tins instead of the jumbo. They are super tasting and freeze very well. I will definitely make them again.

Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans
I needed to use up some fresh green beans, saw this recipe and fortunately had the smoked sausage in the fridge. I had to get it thrown together in about 5 minutes so I cut up the sausage, threw in a good handful of cut beans and cut up some potatoes (cut to same size as sausage). Threw all of it together along with the onion in a 9x13 pan, topped with seasonings, oil, butter and water and sealed with foil and popped it in the oven at 425 for about 30-45 minutes or till veggies were tender. It was great! The seasonings gave a lot of flavor...some might consider it a bit salty and peppery at 1 t. each but it all worked together flavorwise really well. Will probably try it on the grill sometime but the oven method worked great and it was so easy to throw everything in a pan, cover and bake. Very tasty recipe!
