Classic Cranberry Nut Bread

As close to the amazing cranberry nut bread you can get at Whole Foods. YUM!!! Add more walnuts or cranberries depending on how you like it!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Man was I disappointed. It tasted like a really good frozen lunch I would take to work. Sure, good for being prepackaged, but I took all the time to make this!! :( It needed something MORE. Disappointing.

Granola Energy Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
A MUCH easier and quicker way to make granola bars over my other favorite recipe--bird seed energy bars. I ran out of peanut butter so I used honey, and I am SO glad that I did. I couldn't imagine using that much peanut butter. Also, you will definitely want some tea or coffee to eat with this. Perfect for the drive into work.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: May 2, 2010
Well, the over the top amount of butter called for just seemed too much for me. I mean, I don't want to see a puddle of butter on the top of my cookies when I take them out of the oven. The flavor was pretty good, but I have had better.

Bird Seed Energy Bars

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. I have been making these 1X a month for the past few months to eat on the way to work. They are great with a cup of coffee and give you the energy you need to get through until lunch.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
Really disappointing. I followed the recipe to a T and grilled it on the George Foreman. It was very blah and reminded me of a fish marinade. I won't be making it again. :(

Disappointing. Followed the recipe to a T and just felt like it was way too meaty. If you like a really meaty recipe, then this will be perfect for you.

Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
MAKE IN THE MICROWAVE! I made mine with canned white chicken breast, and salsa instead of canned tomatoes. The black beans gave it a nice texture...really excellent. I usually don't like such fattening things, but for a sports weekend- perfect!!!
