the right meat to use is shirt steak/arrachera, and also use fresh tomatillos, never anything canned.

Garden Pasta Salad

This is good, but instead of 2 bottles of Italian dressing, do half italian and half ranch. Also I add zucchini, cherry tomoates, cucmbers, pablano peppers and cheese. Assiago is great with pasta.

Mexican Turkey Burgers with Pico de Gallo

this Pico de Gallo was the best that I have seen on a recipe site. too many people use canned tomatoes, terrible, only fresh will do.

Rainbow Pasta Salad II

this recipe is almost like mine, which i got from one of my neighbors, with the italian dressing, i ad ranch dressing, not a whole bottle, but i use 1/2 italian & 1/2 ranch, awesome
