Sherry Apple Pork Chops

Absolutely phenomenal dish. The only change I made was to salt & pepper the chops as they browned on both sides. It was so easy. Thanks Christy J, I will be making this again soon.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

We just didn't like the flavors and the texture. Followed the recipe as stated, and had really nice thick pork chops but the seasoning left the pork tasting like fish. Was a great disappointment to us on a Friday night, end of week dinner.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Loved it. It was a light, fun summertime meal. Used Trader Joe's hot italian sausage, and while my husband loved the spiciness, was a little too hot for me. Next time I will use a combination of hot & sweet sausage. Thanks Kathy.

Turkey Wild Rice Soup II

My family absolutely loved this soup! I did not have turkey broth, so used Swanson's Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth instead. We cannot have dairy, so substituted Lactaid Non-Fat Milk and the soup was tremendous.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

This recipe is fabulous! I put it in a crock pot rather than the oven. Before placing in the crock pot I rub the roast with a mixture of 1/4 c. flour, 1- 1/2 t. salt, 1 t. pepper. I brown the roast in 1 T. olive oil on all sides then, place the roast in the crock pot, pouring the rest of the ingredients on top (oh, I add 1-1/2 t. Green Pepper Tabasco Sauce). I use the low setting, and 9 hours later, perfection! Thanks Christine, my family adores this meal.
