These are really good!! I did tweak the recipe a little, first I doubled the recipe and made this in a 13 X 9. Also I added an extra package of cream cheese. (I used reduced fat) Instead of pecans I used sliced almonds and coconut, which I toasted together in the oven. Added a great flavor..YUM! I kept 1 cup aside for the topping. (Much better the crust/topping is amazing good) Upped the vanilla to 1 tbsp. And I cooked it for 40 mins. My only problem is these are very crumbly, not sure if more butter would have helped keep everything together.
