Spicy Chicken Breasts

Very spicy but love it that way! Makes enough for 8 breasts. Don't cook at too high of heat or fumes will irritate sinuses not unlike blackening seasoning does.

Taco Seasoning I

This is so much better than any envelope I have tried. I will never buy them again. I added a tablespoon of dehydrated onion and 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper instead of pepper flakes but we like spicy in our house. I browned a pound of extra lean ground chicken, added this recipe plus 2/3 c water and simmered until it boiled down. Then, I filled a green pepper half way with the mixture put a layer of 2% cheddar, filed the pepper with more seasoned chicken then topped with more cheese and baked until the peppers were browned. My dieting wife loved it!!!

Summer Fruit Salad with a Lemon, Honey, and Mint Dressing

My family loved this, I was concerned that it might be too minty but they thought it was just right. My wife said It has just the slightest hint mint which gave this a real fresh taste.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Amazing! I like to grill shrimp sometimes as a side dish with steak so I only bought a little over a half pound. I subbed ketchup and used the equivalent of double the cayenne pepper to offset the ketchup's sweetness and only a drizzle of olive oil. I have to tell you, the shrimp tasted like it had been drenched in butter! We all devoured it!

Orange Baked Acorn Squash

Julie's Famous Macaroni and Cheese

Smelled heavenly but it was too sharp for my taste. Also I prefer a creamier Mac & Cheese. Mine was a little dry. Makes a LOT.

Baby Back Ribs

I used the rub and Masterpiece Original and I have to say these are as good and better most restaurants Delish!! Don't be afraid to try them with a shorter marinade time. They are still awesome!
