I am 45 years of age and live on beautiful Vancouver Island. I'm married with one furry child Kiwi our yorkie. I am blessed to have a gorgeous nephew Owen and 2 beautiful neices Reid and Brooke whom i love and adore! I only really learned my love of cooking within the last 5-10 years. Being a very creative person, i love to experiment with new recipes and with my own creations as well. I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease which has been a little bit of a challenge to navigate around but I'm getting the hang of it. It has made me very aware and really appreciate the quality of food i put in my body now.
