This is a fast and easy recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out just fine. Next time I think that I will use 1/2 tsp of salt and I will roll the dough thicker then the 1/4 in recommended. Those are just my personal preferences though. Thanks for a great Saturday morning recipe!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These are great cookies. I followed the recipe except that I used 1 tsp of vanilla instead of 1 Tbsp. Usually I use a Betty Crocker chocolate chip recipe but no more. I will be using this one from now on. Thanks!

Clone of a Cinnabon

I make this as listed and every time it comes out awesome! It is requested by my son every year for his birthday breakfast. I have also made these and sold them to raise money for my Relay for Life team. They were the first to go at the bake sale. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cornbread Casserole

This was a great cornbread casserole. I made it exactly as listed and it came out wonderful. The kids and hubby really liked it. I have also frozen it and then thawed and warmed up in the oven. It was great then too.

Refried Beans Without the Refry

I have made these beans many times and I love them. I will never buy can refried beans again. The recipes it wonderful as is but I like to add a little milk and cheese to it. It also freezes very well! Thanks for a great recipe:)

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

I thought that this was a great Chili recipe. I altered slightly to match our tastes (toned down the heat and no green peppers, hubby hates green peppers). It does make a lot but that is fine with me. Our family ate about 1/3 and then I froze the remainder. This freezes great!
