Refreshing Limoncello Cake

I had some Limoncello left and the rest of the ingredients I usually have at home so I made this. It's really good moist, lemon cake:)

since it takes so much time... does anybody know if I can freez it? I once got freezed vegetarian moussaka at store but maybe they prepering it somehow different. update: I did it second time and I freezed it, it's great! Just take a portion, put it in the oven and you can have this delicious moussaka without spending 2 hours again to make it;))

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

Perfect! I made this five times and it's always a big hit whenever I take this! Also, I'm from Europe so I use "metric" option and don't know if it translate the measures very well, anyway I doubled graham crackers and add a little bit more of butter (but not double).

Raisin Buttermilk Coffee Cake

Really very good. The only thing - I don't know if I did something wrong but brown sugar didn't melt and it feelt kind of like you wolud eat sand. Or maybe it should have that texture? But the taste is yumm:)
