Caramel Apple Pork Chops
AWESOME! I cheated and used a high quality applie pie filling with a little soy sauce, warmed it thru and poured over browned chops in a casserole dish like another reviewer suggested. Topped with a little brown sugar at the end, but since nobody in my family likes nuts except for me, I just added those to my own plate. This was FABULOUS!!! Served with rice & green beans and ALL of us LOVED it! This will be in our menu often! Thank you so much for sharing! =)

Strawberry Ice Cream
It was ok. I will leave the cinnamon out if I make this again, as it was pretty over powering and not really necessary in strawberry ice cream, in my opinion and I think it had an undertone that actually took away from the berry flavor. The texture was creamy and it never developed ice crystals even two days later, but it left a funky film on the roof of our mouths and on our spoons that just seemed to get worse the more we ate. Not sure what that was from, but imagine it had to be either the yolks or the corn syrup. Overall it was ok but personally, I think I'll make an eggless version next time. Thanks for sharing! =)

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake
WOW! I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! The whole family LOVED it! Even our EXTREMELY picky 10 year old ate every last bit from his plate, including the peppers & onions! HUH? That NEVER happens! I followed as written with only a couple minor tweaks of my own.... Colorful peppers instead of green and doubled the wine & stock so it would be juicier. Amazing! Thank you so much for sharing! =)
