Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
When we have this I only add enough chicken broth to get the milk, and soups creamed together. I also mix the everything together after pouring the liquids over the top, tastes just the same, but you dont have any "dry spots" in the dressing. Also, I used either chicken tenders, or boneless skinless chicken breats. We have this recipe alot, EVERYONE loves it, including my two year old who only eats salisbusy steak!

Grilled Chicken and Orange Salad

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
3.5 as written for me, 4 if you substitute another dressing for the soup mix over the salad. The soup mixture tasted great on the chicken while grilling, but I didnt like the taste (or texture) of the mix with the salad greens. Really hard one to rate, debateable on whether to have chicken again, but doubt we will have the salads again.

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed: May 17, 2010
This is a really good recipe, but I wish I would have listened to the reviews when people were cutting back on butter, it does make it pretty greasy, but this is a definite keeper, but next time, will only use half the butter called for (if that much!). Thanks for sharing, we will be enjoyin this again soon!

Creamy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: May 14, 2010
Great idea for a starter... I did add quiet a bit to this, 1. I added about 4oz. of French Onion dip rather than just plain sourcream to up the flavor, 2. I added a few dashes of dried thyme, parsley, and oregano, and also some garlic salt. 3. Store bought "real bacon" bits worked great. Everyone enjoyed these and we will probably be heating the leftovers up tomorrow!!!!! Thanks for the great starter recipe!

Better Than Sex Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
Great cake! I made it for Easter and it was a huge hit. I did make a few changes, 1. I used a whole can of sweetned condensed milk without heating it. 2. I used the whole jar of caramel topping. It made a lot more sauce. I also used Butterfingers since i couldnt find heath or skor bars, and I put it in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. It was not soggy at all, it was very moist, but had no complaints about it. I have been asked to make it again for the next holiday dinner already. This will probably be added to the dessert table every holiday now.
