Black Eyed Susan Salad
Great stuff! I used a little less corn (not much of a corn fan, but it's a beautiful contrast), omitted the optional celery (ICK) and substituted fresh green onions from my garden. You can't get much better than this for a side dish! A little spicy - but that's the way I like it! :D

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
Absolutely delicious! My husband loved this sauce, and said it was a terrific alternative to normal hum-drum tomato sauce. Definitely worth the time and effort to prepare. BRAVO!

Tomato Zucchini Casserole
I took this to a party. Gone in...about 5 minutes! I just had to multiply the recipe (it was half again as big as the regular recipe) to the best of my ability to get it into a bigger pan. SUPERB!
