Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Perfection! Thank you for this delicious recipe, I've been struggling with my veganism this winter, so with a small mayo swap out (for vegan-aise), I'm a happy girl! Dead ringer for a great tuna salad ;-)

Bacon Risotto

Delicious. Made the recipe just as written and then added peas and tomatoes as suggested below. Best Risotto recipe to date and will be adding to my list of fast favorites!

Slow Cooker Carnitas

This recipe was amazing! As a carnita-lover, I am very impressed. I followed the advice of those below me and doubled the spice mixture. I will do this again, with the exception of the Cinnamon, leaving it at 1/4 teaspoon.
