Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
This is very, very good. The only thing is I think you should cook the bottom for a few minutes before adding the cream cheese mixture, then continue as the recipe states. Its super good, but the bottom was a little more moist then I expected.

Easy Alfredo Sauce I
Best sauce ever... I doubled the recipe, added shrimp and mushrooms that were sauted in butter and garlic powder. Then I added a package of cooked fettucine noodles. It came out perfect, and even better the next day. I love this recipe and will continue to use it over and over again. Just note though, that it is a little runny at first, but comes out perfect once the pasta is added to it. Don't know if it thickens as it sits. I didn't try that.

Honey Walnut Shrimp
OH MY GOSH!!! I love this! This is my favorite dish to get when we go out to eat and I've spent forever trying to get the recipe. Well I've finally found it! I would not change a thing on the recipe. The only thing I did was made extra sauce just in case. My whole family loved it and I even made extra for our lunches the next day. My husband called me from work just to express again how much he loved it. This is the best recipe yet! If your contemplating about trying it don't be. Its very easy. You may have to go to an oriental market to get the rice flour, but besides that it's so simple. You wont be disappointed. I guartantee it!
