Reviewed: May 24, 2011
this was ok. I wasn't too big on the beer favor. I would leave that out next time.

Quick and Easy Pancit

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
I love pancit so I was excited to try this. It was good but I felt like it was missing something. I added a little more soy sauce and garlic to give it more flavor. However, I will make this again.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
I got a slower cooker for xmas so I offered to make dinner for New Years. I came across this recipe and thought it would be perfect. I made a couple of changes though. I added carrots, celery, zucchini and onion on the bottom (instead of the foil) and a can of chicken broth. Since I was making this for the holiday I added cornbread stuffing to the chicken. I cooked on low for 2 hours then high for 6 hours. It really was the best chicken we ever had. I will defiantly make this again.
