I saw this recipe and thought "it can't be that good, It's just chicken...." Well, it is! This is a perfect Gluten Free, Dairy Free (if you use a butter substitute) meal that will please the entire family. My butcher cut up a whole chicken for me and I found some wonderful local honey. I cut the butter amount down, taking advice from previous reviews, used a Honey Dijon mustard, green curry paste (don't have curry powder), no salt was necessary. Baked at 350 for 30 min and 375 for 30 more min. I even threw in a sliced onion.. everything came out carmelized beautifully and delicious. I served the chicken with Jasmine Rice and fresh corn on the cob (baked the last 20 min.with some sauce brushed on, then rolled in foil)
