I have made this three times now. It tastes great, and is fairly easy to make. I have a couple of comments though. First of all, I always end up with too much batter to go in the pan (using a full sized Nordic ware spring form pan). When the recipe says "15 graham crackers" do they mean the large rectangular graham crackers that are made up of several sections? I usually use 12 that size. Also, my cheesecakes always crack no matter how carefully I follow the directions. I am not sure what I could do to prevent this.
