I'm a professional chef in the caribbean,(St.Thomas) I'm currently Executive Sous Chef at HavanaBluerestaurant.com. I've been cooking for 8yrs. I love playing with food.I enjoy giving people the "WOW" factor when I cook. Cooking is the international language that everyone speaks. Everthing you cook, should be prepared like if you were cooking for your mother.

eggs(breakfast), I really enjoy them at any time, not just in the morning. I also love fried rice, or chinese cuisine in general. I love to make pizzas from scratch, the ladies really like that....
