Easy Drop Cookies

I added 1/2 cup of Chai tea mix to enhance the flavor. They turned out very good. A very simple tasty recipe!

Having a large family with many different tastes, this was a perfect breakfast recipe. I followed the recipe just as it is, except I used sour cream and onion chips. That is what I had on hand, and it enhanced the existing flavors nicely. Thank you for this keeper!

Slow Cooker Reuben Dip

This is awesome. I take it to all family gatherings and make sure I have plenty of recipes printed up because everyone wants a copy. I also buy Rye Trisket crackers to serve with it. Always a huge hit!!

Throw Together Mexican Casserole

I thought this was very good. The only thing I changed was I used hot salsa and taco sauce. After putting it in the oven for about 20 minutes I sprinkled shredded mexican cheese over it and put it back in the oven until the cheese melted. We have 4 kids and everyone loved it. We will be making this one again!! Thank you!!

Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting

I love this recipe. Since it is not as thick as store bought frosting, I used the end of a wooden spoon and pressed holes throughout the cake and then poured the frosting over the top. Was terrific!!

Pudding Icing

I'm not a big fan of traditional frosting unlike the rest of my family. I'm always trying to find a happy medium. This was great!! Such a nice texture and smooth, rich flavor. I will make again and again. Thank you.

Cuban Goulash

This recipe was fantastic. I must be honest, I only made it because to me it sounded too weird not to try. :) It was very easy to make. The blend of ingredients gave this a sweet yet spicy wonderful taste. We will be making this one again and again!! Thank you so much!!

Apple Crisp II

This was very easy to make and just as delicious. My husband said that it reminded him of the apple crisp his mom used to make when he was a youngster. I made this for a party and had to make several copies for friends and family!!
