Vegetarian Tortilla Stew

Loved it! I used half green enchilada and half red enchilada sauce. Guest thought it was fabulous. I would ditch the chicken substitute. It did not add much in my opinion or I would go with real shredded chicken.

Loved it, though my kid thought it was still too tart. I disagreed. I added a bit more sugar like a number of people called for. I added an additional 1/4 cup.

Bacon and Parmesan Penne Pasta

I, too, would brown the bacon before the onions....since I like crispy bacon. I found a pound of bacon to be a bit much but the bacon lover in the family thought it was good. THe kids thought it was too much cheese. Next time I would add garlic and cherry tomatoes as others have mentioned. With those changes it would be a 4.5.

Solid. Very easy to make. Moist. Very subtle flavor. One where spread is highlight. I did love the crunch of the crust. Like a baguette as for crunchy crust factor. Mildly sweet.

Green Chile Spinach Quiche

Thai Green Curry Chicken

Good flavor but I would want a bit more heat. There is no heat to this dish. I also added veggies and cashews to give it more textures. Celery, Carrots, Spinach.

Blueberry Sauce

Awesome. My picky household gave it a five. Nice delicate favors. Entire batch was gone before noon over pancakes. I only used 3/4 oj and 2 tb cornstarch and 1/8 tsp almond extract.

I followed many people's advice and did not add cool whip to the pudding but instead whipped heavy whipping cream. I also added a layer of raspberries on top. I did put a very small layer of cool whip between the pudding/cream mixture and the raspberries for color variation.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Better than any store bought. I followed the most common suggestions....cook pie crust a little and brush with egg whites. I also added a bit so it was not so dry ended up being more wet than I would like. I will go back to the original recipe and try their way.
