Black Bean and Salsa Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
AMAZING!!!! I'm a terrible cook and even I couldn't mess this one up. I will have to admit that I did make some revisions, as per the suggestions by other users - I upped the cumin to 3 teaspoons - Added cilantro - squeezed in lime - reserved half a can of black beans to add to the end to make it chunkier I never know if I should rate a recipe a 5 if I altered it, but I didn't want to rate it less because I did either

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
This recipe was okay, but definitely just a base. I added cumin, cinnemon and a can of corn. I also added more salt, pepper and chilli powder than what was suggested

Barbie's Tuna Salad

WAY too much mayo!!! I love mayo, so I thought I could handle it but it really made the tuna much too heavy. Otherwise it's a decent recipe.

Mexican Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
This was an easy and flavorful recipe. The chicken stayed moist, it had a nice texture... my boyfriend and I loved it! I added some green onions to the mix as well as had some sour cream on the side. I was only making a serving for 2 so I cooked it at 350 for about 40 minutes
