Bread Machine Pumpernickel Bread

This is by far the best pumpernickel recipe I've ever made. I halved the recipe portions, and it was the perfect size for a small dip/soup bowl! If you like the hearty, molasses flavor of pumpernickel, you should try this!!

Pimiento Potato Salad

Very good basic recipe. Added dill for personal taste and turned out excellent. Also used smart balance mayo w/dijon mustard and the flavor is great while being healthier.

Mayonnaise Biscuits

These are bland dense lumps of flour with no "airyness" whatsoever. Made because I was short on time, next time I'll MAKE time.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

This was by far the best mushroom soup I've prepared yet. The sourcream adds a thickness that's perfect and it has a wonderful depth of flavor~I gave this recipe to all my relatives and they agree, it's the best!

Chili I

Bread Machine Challah I

I have made many loaves of bread with my machine and this is by far my favorite. It has a slightly sweeter taste that is irresistible when toasted. Excellent recipe.

Garlic Bread

I like strong garlic flavor so I increased the amount of minced garlic and it was wonderful. I think it is best baked at a medium dark crust-very moist.
