Broccoli and Cheddar Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
This is the best broccoli cheese soup i have ever had!!! Better than any restaurant. only made a few changes. Used 2 cloves of garlic instead of garlic powder. Used black pepper instead of white pepper and used Velveeta instead of sharp cheddar. better than any other soup have ever had!

I may be partial because this is my recipe but this is really good!!! If you are too lazy to make dough just buy Rhodes™ Dinner rolls, thawed & risen.

Good way to change up salad. I tried this with thin cut salami was good. be careful it can get sweet.

Banana Pudding Cake

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
This recipe was some good banana cake recipe. It is very moist and beats banana bread. It did need some more bananas in my opinion. Also maybe add some banana or peanut butter/chocolate icing for more complex flavor instead of just vanilla. Overall pretty good.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
This is a good for a quick Alfredo but doesn't taste authentic nor like a restaurant, but it is very good. For more flavor I used cayenne pepper and added some fresh basil. I also used half the amount of butter because this recipe is fatty

Applesauce French Toast

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This was an okay recipe. The french toast ended up being too soggy and too mushy. Not your traditional french toast. ADVICE: Use 1/2 cup of milk to get better results
