Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
AWESOME and so simple. I used 3 large frozen breasts as I was cooking all day. I dumped the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and probably three cans of low sodium chicken broth in a bowl and whisked it together with onion powder, garlic powder and poultry seasoning. I poured the mixture over the breasts and turned it to low. 7 hours later, I cut one can of Grands Homestyle biscuits into fours and dropped them in, covered them up with sauce and left. Two hours later, I turned it to warm, shredded the chicken and mixed everything up. Absolutely fantastic. My husband who had never eaten chicken and dumplings before ate two huge bowls and we have enough for another meal. I was afraid it was going to be a waste of chicken as neither of us like "cream of..." meals as a rule but I was willing to try. So glad I did!!!

Saucy Slow Cooker Pork Chops
The sauce is fantastic! I would not recommend cooking for over 5 hours unless you start frozen. I cooked it for right at six and I found the porkchops to be too done for me. Following the suggestions of others, I used 1 can of tomato sauce and about a half cup of ketchup to make extra sauce. I used 1 red bell pepper because I don't care for green. Absolutely thicken the sauce to go over rice, it exceeded my expectations! Delicious!

Rocky Road
So easy it's crazy! I wouldn't bother with the stove, I used a glass bowl in the microwave. I mixed the peanut butter and chocolate chips together and used 30 second intervals with mixing. It was thoroughly melted and blended after two rounds. I forgot to grease the pan, but it's just for me anyway. Personally I smashed up some Teddy Grahams (didn't have graham crackers) and sprinkled it over the top for some crunch and a "s'mores" type taste. Yummy!
