Stuffed Shells III
Four out of five stars because I changed the recipe a little. I omited the mushroom and egg. Only used 1/2 tsp salt and to make it more creamy I added more rocitta cheese.

Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
Perfect! Served it with Stuffed Shells and everyone LOVED it! I did add a little basil tomato jar sauce that was left over the fridge. But didn't really need it (just had to use it up). I would only serve with meatless dishes.

My Mother-in-Law's Cheese Sauce...ssshh Don't Tell Her
The taste is there, but too much milk. Never thickend up. Would make again with half the amount of milk of what's called for.
