Cheesy Baked Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2014
I've been making something similar, substituting Bisquick for the flour, Mexican blend cheese or whatever I have on hand, and adding green chilies, sliced olives, and/or marinated artichokes or chopped mushrooms. It is wonderful for company because you can make it the night before and it reheats very well in the microwave.

Incredible Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
Delicious, looks great, and so easy. I borrowed someone's idea of using frozen hash browns for the potatoes and it worked well. Many compliments.

Greek Saganaki

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
I accidently purchased feta already flavored with herbs, so used very little oregano. It was awesome. Great appetizer, and so easy. I will be making this again soon!

German Potato Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
This soup is very rich, very good. I used it in addition to a main course but next time it will BE the main course. I followed the recipe to a tee, and it was terrific. I would not change a thing.

Chili Rellenos Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
This is fabulous. It was quick to put together, looks beautiful when it comes out of the oven, and my family loved it. The only change I made was to add the second layer of cheese before putting it in the oven. Next time I will double the recipe because it is also great reheated the second day.

Chicken Pot Pie VI

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
This was a big hit with my family. I made two pies for 5 of us and no leftovers! I made a couple of substitutions because of the items I had on hand - I used monterey jack cheese in place of the mozzarella, and lipton onion soup instead of fresh onions. It was terrific.
