This is delicous!! I used coconut instead of nuts and also pan spray. Otherwise, this is so sticky but yet so yummy!

Really enjoyed making this pie. 2nd time I've made it this Thanksgiving. It isn't as sweet and sticky as a store bought pie. It's almost a cake like texture with pecans. Mine turned out very pretty! I'll see if I can post a picture.

Banana Bread I

I LOVE this recipe. The only thing I changed was the cook time. My cook time was cut down to about 30-35 minutes. It was done. Moist and delicious! Thank you for sharing this recipe Nikki!
