Mamaw's Southern Buttermilk Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
This was really good. There was flavor with each bite. My husband said it was amazing and this was a keeper. I did change somethings. I used large chicken breast that I cut up. I marinated in 2 cups of buttermilk. When I had decided to make this it was the night before so I did not marinate it till 6:30am before work. My husband didnt tell me we ran out of hot sauce so I just did buttermilk and garlic powdered (i didnt have fresh garlic). After work I bought hot sauce and added it in for about 30 min then i cooked everything. The otherthing is i didnt have sage so i subsitituted it for Thyme instead. Otherwise it was great.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
It was so good. I usually used the McCormic packets but I am so not going back to those. These were really tasty me and my husband truly enjoyed them. I did change somethings. First I used turkey instead of beef so it was a little bit healthier. Then I took another reviewers advice I did 1/2 cup of ketchup and used 1/4 cup of Bulls Eye BBQ sauce the Memphis style. I did not use mustard not a fan of it so I didnt have anything. Will def make this again =D

Mom's Best Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
This meatloaf was amazing!!! I was a bit nervous when reading the reviews about how it was too wet but they must have done something wrong. I followed all directions except a few. I didn't have tomatoe juice so instead I used half of an 8oz can of tomatoe sauce. I added green peppers. A few drops of wocshire scauce dash of garlic powder and dash of ginger powder. I did not use the liquid smoke because I couldn't find it in the store. This is a keeper =D

Amazing and juicy just like the title. It was one of the best burgers me and my husband hvae ever had. I did change somethings. I used turkey instead of beef. I seasoned it with goya's adobo, I still used Worcestershire sauce, garlic, i used cheddar cheese in the middle, and I also added some A1 steak sauce. I used my george forman grill and they came out great.

Molly's Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
Im sad I had hopes that this was going to taste way better. It smelled good while cooking but that taste was off. I dont know if it was the type of soy sauce I used but I didnt care for this recipe. I have to say it did atleast make chicken moist and fall right off the bone when like I like it

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2011
This came out amazing. This was my first time making whole roasted chicken by myself so I was little nervous. It smelled amazing while I was waiting for it to cook. I did take advice from others as well as did change somethings. I used light butter instead of margrine. Instead of onion powdered I used garlic as suggested by others. I also used one packet goya sazon to seson up my entire chicken. I added a bit of rosemary. It came out great. My husband loved it.

Roasted Italian Herb Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
Amazing!!!! My husband and I enjoyed it. I do suggest you let it marinate for atleast a day or two the flavor stays on better. I also placed it to marinate in a large bag. I also took others suggestions by lightly covering the pan with italian dressing. Will def make again

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
This was soo tasty. I looked through the reviews and did do a little changes. Instead of water on top I did add a 14.5 oz can chicken stock to cover. I also added peas and carrots in. I only did one can of biscuit size 16.5 oz it was the southern style biscuit. Added some parsley, salt, and pepper. I used the condensed cream of chicken soup with herbs. Will defiently make this again. =D
