Easy Indian Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
This dish is amazing! I use less butter and I substitute a can of coconut milk for the cream but it tastes just like the butter chicken at an Indian Restaurant!

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
This is my mom's favorite cake, its better the next day. I recommend making the cake a couple days ahead of time to let it sit in the fridge and soak up the delicious milk. Also I only put a tablespoon or two of sugar in the whipped cream.

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
This salsa is the best. I was cooking for 20 people last night, so I tripled it and served it over mahi-mahi. I like to use more mango than tomato, i love all the different colors in this salsa, a definite keeper!

Aggression ( Oatmeal ) Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
These are really good! I like to use whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose. I also add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. This recipe makes a bunch, to compensate I make GIANT cookies :)

Better Help for Hamburger

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This was really bland, it definitely needed some spice and more flavors. It was edible my family just dumped salt, pepper, cheese and salsa over it. I did like the combination of potatoes and beef though. If I were to make this again I would add 1-2 more bell peppers, another jalapeno some tomato, fresh cilantro, cumin and garlic.

Apple Butterscotch Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
These are amazing. I baked them with apricot spread since I couldn't find apple jelly. The only thing I might change is add a little less sugar next time, they are pretty intense, but super delicious!

Magic Walnut Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
Cookies were only okay, not worth the time it took to peel the paper off of them. It didn't work to just do them on a cookie sheet with Pam. the best way to cook them was on wax paper sprayed down with some Pam, they still stuck a little. Won't make again.
