Easy Indian Butter Chicken

This dish is amazing! I use less butter and I substitute a can of coconut milk for the cream but it tastes just like the butter chicken at an Indian Restaurant!

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

This is my mom's favorite cake, its better the next day. I recommend making the cake a couple days ahead of time to let it sit in the fridge and soak up the delicious milk. Also I only put a tablespoon or two of sugar in the whipped cream.

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

This salsa is the best. I was cooking for 20 people last night, so I tripled it and served it over mahi-mahi. I like to use more mango than tomato, i love all the different colors in this salsa, a definite keeper!

Aggression ( Oatmeal ) Cookies

These are really good! I like to use whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose. I also add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. This recipe makes a bunch, to compensate I make GIANT cookies :)

Better Help for Hamburger

This was really bland, it definitely needed some spice and more flavors. It was edible my family just dumped salt, pepper, cheese and salsa over it. I did like the combination of potatoes and beef though. If I were to make this again I would add 1-2 more bell peppers, another jalapeno some tomato, fresh cilantro, cumin and garlic.

Apple Butterscotch Bars

These are amazing. I baked them with apricot spread since I couldn't find apple jelly. The only thing I might change is add a little less sugar next time, they are pretty intense, but super delicious!

Magic Walnut Cookies

Cookies were only okay, not worth the time it took to peel the paper off of them. It didn't work to just do them on a cookie sheet with Pam. the best way to cook them was on wax paper sprayed down with some Pam, they still stuck a little. Won't make again.
