Zucchini Blossom a la Feta

Pro-tip: If you want to eat the blossoms and have zucchinis, use the extra male blossoms you have on the plants to make these! Just pick the ones without the little fruits on the bottom!

Cadillac Pimento Cheese

The best pimento cheese spread I've ever made, and I remember making several. Definitely adult-oriented, as the spiciness made it appealing to my parents.
