Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies
OMG! These are the best. I do not modify the recipe at all. They are not really snappy, but firm and chewy. My husband and I love love love them! I made them at Christmas as part of my cookie gift bags, but I had a really hard time including these because I did not want to share. My husband was a bit upset that I did include them to give away.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Great flavor, but a bit too hot. I think next time I will reduce the pepper some. I did roast it in the over, as opposed to grilling as the recipe called for.

Rich Chocolate Frosting
Tasty. Added espresso powder while melting the chocolate.
