Great recipe! I traded out raisins for cranberries and added pinon seeds and bean sprouts - Yum!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2010
This is a great recipe! If you don't LOVE peanut butter I would recommend that you cut it by half or more. My family likes peanut butter so I figure halfing it would be enough but the peanut butter was still pretty potent and my family felt the peanut butter taste took over. Personally I love it. Great, quick and easy recipe!

Outrageously Buttery Crumb Cake

Reviewed: May 22, 2010
Follows the recipe to a T...would not fully bake. Not sure what happened? Smelled delicious but not edible. I may try again but not real excited as the first was a waste.

Broiled Grapefruit Crisp

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
I was skeptical of this because I am not much for warm fruit. I couldn't stop thinking about this though once I read the recipe because I was curious as to how it tasted. Ingredient wise - I did not change a thing. I did follow others reviews and baked at 350 for 10 minutes. Final product: I LOVED it! This a great breakfast that can be made quickly. I saved 1/2 the grapefruit and oatmeal mixture for tomorrow's breakfast. Thanks for a great recipe!

Krautburger

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
I have made these for years and the kids love 'em! To make things easier, I use a can of mild Saurkraut and mix in with the hamburger using a tsp of garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper to taste. Dip in spicy mustard and Yum!

Delicious Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
Good, quick recipe! Tried it with just parsely and garlic salt in the butter and everyone loved it. I added basil, oregano about a tsp salt and garlic to the butter the 2nd time and was good as well. Great for any meal and quick so that working individuals can get it together quickly! Thanks for a great idea~

Spicy Crispy Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
This is the best! I am always hesitant to try new asian recipies because they don't tend to come out right and my family is pretty picky. My family LOVED this recipe! My kids are already asking when we can have this again! Thanks for a great recipe!

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
This was a great soup. The only complaint I had was that it was a bit too much like mashed potatoes...too thick. Definitely a keeper! Second attempt: I cut the flour by 1/2 and added one cup of chicken broth. This was more consistent with soup yet still tasted of 'baked potato'. My family loves it! Again....definitely a keeper!

Spaghetti Sauce II

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2010
I love spaghetti but hate store bought sauce. My kids would never eat homemade sauce and preferred store bought. Forget left overs...they were always tossed. This recipe is definitely a keeper. My kids love it. We have had it once a week for the last month and there are never left overs! I followed the recipe to a T and it turned out awesome each time. Thanks for a great recipe!

Best Ever Layered Mexican Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2010
I like to add in a can of corn, ground beef, sliced olives, sliced onions and even a few frest roasted green chiles....these give great texture and taste! This is one recipe you can taylor to fit your tastes without really messing it up! I like a lot of 'junk' so I rate it 3....really its a great recipe but based on your taste.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
This is a great recipe. My family requests this weekly and is very easy to make. Definitely double the recipe. I use an electric skillet -400 degrees- slice 4-5 chicken breasts, 1/4 C brown sugar, throw everything else in and let it cook for about 30 minutes (until chicken is no longer pink) and serve over Jasmine rice. YUM! Left overs are even better the next day.
