Baked Dijon Chicken

Amazing!!! Even my picky 5 year old ate this! I had to do a little improvising though. Made homemade bread crumbs using sliced bread and spices. Didn't have any parm cheese. Doubled the Dijon mustard but used the same amount of evap. milk. Great flavor and moist!!! Will make again and again!

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits

I just finished making this recipe and I have to say that I will never make it again. I took the other user tips and browned the biscuits first so they weren't doughy but the flavors just don't mesh well for me.

Jalapeno-Blue Cheese Burgers

AMAZING!!!!! My whole family loved these burgers, which is a really great compliment as I have two very picky eaters! The only thing I did differently was I reduced the amount of jalapenos to four because I made the kids burgers before I mixed the jalapenos in. Will definitley make these again! Oh, I also added sauteed mushrooms to the top of the burgers before putting on the swiss cheese.

Chicken Enchiladas

I just made this recipe and wasn't really impressed. It was really bland. I ended up adding quite a bit of onion and garlic powder as well as a few tablespoons of sour cream and half a can of seasoned black beans to the filling. I also bought an extra can of sauce to pour over the top of the enchiladas.

Italian Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

I also add feta cheese and black olives, but I also add diced cucumber and sunflower seeds for a little crunch! Serve it chilled!
