Pork Roast with Apples, Beer, and Sauerkraut
My mom normally makes this every year for New Year's. I did not have beer on hand, so I substituted white wine (Pinot Grigio) Sauerkraut turned out great however I like the pork better with beer.

Sangria Ham
Made this for Easter dinner using pre cooked ham. So I adjusted the temperature to the directions on the package. I used Dailey's red sangria mix with Chardonnay wine since that was what I had on hand. I left out the pineapple juice cause I did not have any . The ham turned out moist and flavorful. My family liked it since it still tasted like ham.

Pressure Cooker Teriyaki Chicken
The flavor is tasty, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the chicken was a little on the dry side. I used chicken breasts. I did have trouble releasing the pressure when done, so that might have contributed to the dryness. I would make this again.
