Roasted Green Beans

Spicy Tortilla Roll-Ups

I have been making these for years! Great party favorite! I just made them for a recent Packer Game. They are a great appetizer for a dish to pass. Instead of hot pepper sauce, I use Penzys salsa seasoning. I do not use cilantro,ranch dip or cheddar cheese

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

I give This a five star. It was better then any restaurant linguine. I did add asiago cheese, oregano, and basil and a light sprinkle of red pepper flakes. I did add a little more butter and wine for a little more sauce. Outstanding!

Barbecued Alaskan Salmon

This is our favorite way to do salmon . I have done this for years, getting it from the large weber cookbook. I use half butter and half olive oil.

Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

This is just like mother use to make. I cut off as much fat as I could, added a large clove of garlic to the vegetables. I would cook it for six hours and would do an hour less next time. I also skimmed as much grease as I could from the top. Served with brown rice. Very good.
