Oatmeal Raisin Toffee Cookies
Best oatmeal cookies I've ever made! I've substituted raisins for cranberries in one batch, and olso toffee for butterscotch chips in another batch. It is a very flexible recipe if you want to mix it up! They are always moist and chewy and I use Splenda for the sugar and the Splenda Brown sugar blend for the brown sugar! YUMMY

Candy Cane Fudge
This was excellent. I could not find vanilla chips anywhere so I made it with white chocolate chips and this made it a wonderful fudge texture! I also used the food processor to grind up the candy canes so they were a very small texture, and this made the fudge mostly white with pink sprinkles in it. I did swirl just the top with food coloring but am leaving it off next time b/c the white and pink dots looked so pretty!

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge
This is a great and easy fudge recipe! Made fudge the first time using this and one other recipe and it turned out great! I did not have a double boiler so I just used a pan on the stove over medium heat. Also did half semi-sweet and half milk chocolate as someone else wrote...since I don't love dark chocolate taste! Great one to make for adults!
