Great recipe. I made minor changes to make this recipe gluten free. I used cornstarch instead of all purpose flour and gluten free bread crumbs. Other than those changes I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for sharing!

Baked Dijon Salmon

We loved this recipe! The only substitution that I made was to use gluten free bread crumbs and I seasoned the bread crumbs a little bit as gluten free breading typically is very bland. Thanks for sharing!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

So yummy, what a great recipe. I used gluten free cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of broccoli. I also used gluten free bread crumbs. I followed Patty's suggestions (look under most helpful reviews) and I mixed everything together and put into the baking dish. Awesome dish!

I have tried making this twice since it has gotten great reviews and both times I thought it had no flavor. I will not be making this again.

I have made the dish twice, the first time I followed the directions exactly and the second time I followed other reviewers recommendations and added paprika, red pepper, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs (gluten free) and I really like the kick that it gives to the recipe.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
Great recipe, thank you so much for sharing. I did make a few changes. I used gluten free cream of mushroom soup. I followed other reviewers suggestions and browned the chicken first in a skillet and then placed it on top of the mushrooms and spinach I also did not use bacon bits and it still tasted amazing.

The recipe was so easy to follow. The only change I made was that I used cornstarch instead of flour and I used half and half instead of whipping cream since that was all I had. Everyone loved it, definitely a keeper!

Thank you so much for sharing! They were absoultely amazing. I used gluten-free bread crumbs for this receipe. I also cut down the amount of salt to 2 t instead of 4 since 4 just seemed like way to much. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly. I will definitely be keeping this one!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
I found that I needed 2 eggs, and twice the amount of breadcrumbs on the recipe. I also used Gluten-Free bread crumbs. Cooked each side for about 7 minutes a piece. Easy to make...especially for a beginning cook. Thank you for sharing.
