Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2007
My 19 year old son and 3 friends inhaled the entire pot of soup in one sitting. I don't think they had time to breathe! I did have a taste while it was cooking. Yummy and not to spicy for us.

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Reviewed: May 17, 2006
This was delish! I added 2 pablano peppers finely chopped and cumin. My teenage son had his friends for a taco/sports night and they all said it was the best taco meat they ever tasted. I used leftovers for burritos.

Orange Gelatin Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
I used sugar free jello, sugar free Cool Whip and low fat cottage cheese (blended in a food processor to make it creamy). Very good for a low sugar dessert. My diabetic dad loved it!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2003
There's no time for this salad to get soggy. At my house it's usually inhaled in no time. I like to use golden raisins and one pound of bacon. No counting calories!

Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2003
OMG! This was just the best. I did take the advise of other reviews and used Turtle Brownie Mix, real whipping cream instead of Cool Whip and added chopped pecans and carmel sauce - to make a Turtle Trifle. It filled up my whole trifle bowl and everybody enjoyed! No leftovers!
