Italian Chicken Skillet

The only changes I made were: used medium shells that i boiled al dente separately before adding to tomato mixture and I mixed the mozarella cheese into casserole. Topped with parmesan before eating DELICIOUS

This was a little bland. If I make it again I will mix the sauce with the spinach for that layer. Also increase garlic to at least 3 cloves.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

My family enjoyed this casserole. I doubled the ingredients and made it with the following changes. I cut the chicken into bite size pieces and lightly sauted. I fried a few slices of bacon, then fried the mushrooms and garlic in the bacon grease. When browned I added 3 10 oz boxes of frozen chopped spinach (squeezed dry first) along with remaining ingredients and stirred over heat til warm. I put 2 cups of the mozarella in casserole and 2 cups on top. After baking I tossed with 1 lb of farfalle pasta.

Sausage Casserole

This was so easy and delicious. The only change I made was to use 7 large instead of 6 jumbo eggs and used frozen hash brown potatoes thawed in microwave. It is very convenient to be able to put this together in the morning instead of having to do it a day ahead of time too.

Very flavorful chicken. I am not a curry fan but it was a subtle flavor in this dish. The family says to add it to the menu rotation. I served it with egg noodles.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

This was very good & easy- family says it's a keeper. The only change I made was to decrease salt to 1/2 Tbsp. There was plenty of sauce even if you wanted to do 1 1/2 lbs of pasta. Next time I will try adding broccoli.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

If this seems like too much work, try making this cake in a 13 x 9 pan. After you mix cake batter, pour 2/3 of it into pan. Then drop spoonfulls of the coffee flavored batter & swirl (like a marble cake). When it is done cut in half horizontally and put filling in between layers & put back into baking pan. Frost the top only. I have also made this in individual serving dishes. To save money substituting cream cheese for the mascarpone works well.

Italian Taco Salad

This is how I make this salad: In a bowl layer 1# hamburger(browned with onion & garlic). Next layer:1 head chopped iceburg lettuce. Next add your favorite toppings (mine are black olives & chopped tomato). Top with 8 oz taco blend cheese & 8 oz mexican blend cheese. Top with crushed nacho cheese Doritos. Do not add the dressing until just before serving to avoid soggy salad. I use Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

I don't have a crock pot so I cooked meat in a 225 degree oven for 6 hours. I added onions & garlic, salt and pepper with the broth. Great recipe to make ahead of time . Tasted great on crusty rolls (warmed in the oven).

Angel Chicken Pasta

Delicious! This is one of the best recipes I have made from Allrecipes. I made it with chicken but next time I will try shrimp (maybe even fish). I suggest doubling the sauce - I only made 12 oz pasta and there was just enough sauce so the pasta wasn't sticky. My family also gave RAVE reviews.
