Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies really are magical and I don't know why. Like another reviewer, I changed the white to brown sugar ratio by using 3/4 cup white sugar and 1 1/4 cup brown sugar. I also always use whole white wheat flour, which has the nutritional value of whole wheat but acts more like all purpose in baking. I made mine extra big with heaping tablespoons, flattened them with my hand and cooked for 11-12 minutes. Husband said they were the best ever.

Irish Soda Bread from County Cork
True to its name. My grandmother is also from County Cork and this is exactly the recipe she uses.

Four Egg Yellow Cake
Great recipe, even with all purpose flour. I upped the health factor by using a ground flax seed mix in place of the four eggs and then adding two egg yolks. You just soak 4 tbls ground flax in 3/4 cups of warm water for 5 minutes and stir. I also replaced 1 cup of white flour with whole wheat and it came out moist and fluffy anyway. Added colored sprinkles. YUM
