Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup

This is a fantastic soup! I followed the recipe except that I sauteed the veggies first, then added the broth and beer. Because I like a smooth soup I pureed this mixture after it was through cooking. I used Rickards Red for the beer and it gave it a wonderful taste. Also used a high quality aged cheddar and it was worth it! Soooo rich and delicious!!

Cheese Herb Bread

A great texture and amazing taste. Our family ate the entire loaf in one meal. I have the dough in the machine now to make rolls for with our dinner!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Excellent recipe! Nice change of pace. It's rich but you don't need big servings, just a little bit satisfies that sweet craving. I have rolled mine in Skor bits and nuts just for something different and it was fantastic!

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Exceptional! We all loved it. Only change I made was to sautee some onion, garlic, red pepper and spinach and include it in the chicken mixture. Great texture and blend of flavours!

French Toast Bake

WOW... best breakfast casserole EVER! I used bread that was nice and stale and the texture was perfect when finished baking. The pecans are a great touch.

Hot Bacon Dressing

This dressing is amazing served on a spinach salad! I used baby spinach leaves, mandarin oranges, red onion, hard boiled egg. It was amazing! Thanks for a great recipe!

DIVINE! a bit labour intensive but the oohs and ahhs were worth it. It's KEY to freeze the cream cheese before cutting!

Grilled Pork Chops with Fresh Nectarine Salsa

My husband and I loved this recipe! Nice and refreshing for a summer night. I would use nectarines and tomatoes that were a bit more ripe next time for added sweetness.
