I followed the recipe pretty much exactly the first time I made it and it was very good.......good enough you really don't need to make any changes.
I just made it again and this time I used Andouille sausage and smoked the sausage and chicken breast in the grill with some hickory wood. It really added a great touch having the extra smoked flavor!!
Oh...I almost forgot....I used medium sized cocktail shrimp this time also....much better then the little salad shrimp.
