Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

This was soooo good. I tried it with the Nutella spread, white chips, pecans, and then the cinnamon sugar mixture. It was surprisingly easy to make- I was expecting it to be more difficult. This was by far the best. I also tried the cherry jam with chocolate chips, but those were messy and the jam came out.

This is a great recipe. I served it at a graduation party and was asked for the recipe. I topped it with a white chocolate buttercream frosting. Delicious!

Lemon-Lime Soda Gelatin Salad

Eggplant Croquettes

These were delicious and I don't even like eggplant! I reduced the fat by just spraying a griddle with pam and grilling them that way and I had no problem with them falling apart.
