AS IS, this recipe is only a 4 because it requires waaaay more seasonings such as garlic, onion powder, more salt & pepper, etc...but when you add your own touch to this recipe you'll find it's fantastic. If the flour doesn't work for you, substitute with corn starch because it sticks to the tofu much better and it fries better too.
