Vegan momma who loves cooking, baking, grilling, you name it. I have a weakness for sweet and salty food. My favorite cuisine is Mexican. I sub every egg with either Ener-G egg replacer or ground flaxseed with water til it gels. I sub dairy with vegan products such as almond, soy or hemp milk and dairy-free butter. Turbinado is an alternative to white sugar as well.
My favorite things to cook
Cookies, brownies, cakes, smoothies (well ya don't cook those), honey bbq sauce, fried potatoes, grilled tofu, and spaghetti sauce.
