Ranch Dressing II

This was great! I eyeballed the measurements to make a 1/2 batch (I didn't want leftovers) and am very impressed. I've been making homemade vinegarette dressing for years, but had never tried ranch. This will be a new staple in my house. Thanks!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These were the best from-scrach brownies I've made. Brownies have been one area where my home made version didn't compare to the boxed mixes. Frustrating, since I like to avoid hydrogenated oils. Two small changes: I used 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour (for nutrition) and 1 cup brown sugar (for flavor) and they are great. Chewy, fudgy and rich. No more boxed brownies for me!

True Blue Custard Crunch Pie

This pie was fantastic! It was the perfect balance of sweet and tart, easy to make, and my family loved it. I used plain yogurt in place of the sour cream and added a little cinnamon to the filling.
